1. Seller and Store

The SafeTatt US online store at safetatt.us is operated by INKCODE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Kukułcza 16, 65-472 Zielona Góra, Poland, KRS: 0001260943, NIP: 9292096826, REGON: 545497033, share capital: PLN 5,000. Contact: help@safetatt.eu.

By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

2. Eligibility

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement. If you purchase a product for a minor, you are responsible for supervising its use and following the product instructions and warnings.

3. Products and Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately. Minor differences in color, scale or appearance may occur because of screens, photography, skin tone, application, placement and normal product variation. Results and wear time can vary from person to person.

Product information on the Store is not medical advice. Use products only as directed. Stop use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

4. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices for the U.S. Store are generally displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax, if any, and shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout where required. The final amount charged is shown before you complete payment.

Payments are processed by the payment methods available at checkout. We may use third-party payment and fraud-prevention providers.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or technical errors, inventory unavailability, shipping restrictions or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

6. Promotions

Discounts, bundle offers, free-item promotions and free-shipping offers are subject to the terms displayed with the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. We may correct an obvious promotional or pricing error before shipment and, if necessary, offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.

7. Shipping

U.S. orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners and may ship from our fulfillment warehouse in China using tracked international delivery services. Shipping destinations, charges and available methods are shown at checkout. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

Any shipping or delivery estimate is based on the information reasonably available to us at the time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. If we cannot ship within a time we specifically promised, we will provide the delay/cancellation options required by applicable law.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer law.

9. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by information you supplied incorrectly, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

The SafeTatt name, website content, graphics, product photography, designs, copy, logos and other materials are owned by or licensed to INKCODE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission except where law allows.

11. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photo or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading or infringing. Where you grant us permission to reuse user content, the scope of that permission will be governed by the terms presented when permission is requested.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Store may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or policies that we do not control.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any mandatory consumer rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving a U.S. consumer of any non-waivable rights or protections that apply under federal or state law. Any dispute may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. Changes do not alter the terms applicable to an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
